Register for rooms at the resort (use Group Code Modelpalooza) $74 per night Single/Double Rate with no Resort Fee. To get this rate, you must reserve your room before October 3rd, 2019. Use code “Modelpalooza” to reserve rooms at the show rate. Special Note: when using another booking agent such as Expedia or Travelocity, they may quote a cheaper rate, however they will not tell you that you will incur a $20 resort fee. 8pm – Hospitality Room – Presidential Suite, 7th Floor
Sunday, Oct. 20th
9am – Venue Open (Royal Palm Ball Room)
12pm – Awards Ceremony (Royal Palm Ball Room)
1pm – Show ends promptly after Ceremony
3pm – Venue Closes for All Access
Vendor table reservations must be paid in advance. The numbered tables shown in the layout below are dedicated for vendor use. A list showing which tables are reserved is also shown below. All tables are 6 feet in length. Only tables along the walls are permitted to use electrical power – vendors must bring their own extension cords. Vendors are required to use the marked Loading Dock identified in the property map below for load-in and load-out.
Vendors will be allowed to have two people access the venue without additional cost. More than two people per vendor will require a $5 Walk-in Fee for each person. Vendors must remove all boxes/trash with them upon departure. Modelpalooza staff has no availability to clean-up garbage after the event.
Load in/out will be through the front doors of the venue. You must use regular parking spaces while loading.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your table registration anytime before 11:59 PM on September 18, 2019 for a full refund. Refunds will be made within ten(10) business days. If you cancel your table registration after September 18, 2019 you will not receive a refund unless your table is resold to another vendor.
Note: We use the Paypal service to process vendor payments. You may STILL USE a regular credit/debit card to pay. Just read the Paypal page CAREFULLY – There is an option to choose a regular debit/credit card.
